Tea traditions and culture.

Very interested in tea at the moment: the types, processing methods, history and culture, particularly in Britain. An offshoot of my general interest in all things food related.

  • I love loose leaf tea, particularly Lapsang Souchong. I also like Twining's Keemun teabag tea, white tea and green tea.  I only have three tea-pots, but I am trying to increase my collection by looking out for novelty teapots - they are good as impromptu flower vases.

    I have recently read the book For All The Tea in China  by Sarah Rose.
