What does 'sounds great' mean here?

I got in touch with one of my Facebook friends suggesting about meeting up in the near future.

Their response was 'Yeah that sounds great!'.

What does 'sounds great' mean here?

Does this suggest that they care about me/consider me as one of their friends?

I have seen some of your other questions posted on here and I'm happy you have had people answer them too wich is good.

I have a rule no matter what people express verbally I decided who they are to me by their actions using this method,

Do they give as much to me as they take from me.

Example : do they give as much time, money, peace, safety, happiness, enjoyment, food, day trips, car journeys. Ect as they take.

    It's a balance.

That's how you know someone respects (more important than likes) you.
