What’s everyone doing this weekend?

I am in a caravan (week on holiday) currently watching match of the day (not my choice) with my 2 year old who won’t go to sleep! Earlier I went to Wroxham barns with my 5 year old and bought souvenirs in the gift shops, went in the animal farm part and had afternoon tea with my 5 year old. I just wondered what everyone else is doing this weekend?

  • Greetings to The Fantastic Mrs. Fox...! I know I have said nothing here so far, but now I finally have something to say. A <>Yearly event, of high importance to My own Social Calender (i.e. - I have no social life but I care not)...

...This Friday there is a New "Pokemon" VideoGame Out! Huzzah!! (Anyone wanting to comment, I have a separate Pokemon Thread for that, m'kay?)  Slight smile

  • Greetings DC :-)

Have you played the new Pokemon video game yet? If you did, ten how was it? I've seen a few Pokemon posts elsewhere recently, something about a Pokemon exhibition or something somewhere. Have you heard about any such thing?

  • ...Ten Days Ago... Greetings again to THE Fantastic Mrs Fox --- not just any Fox, but to *The* Fantastic Vixen...!

...See the Pokemon Thread, about M'self and Pokemon. I just finished the game, so, now I am back in the real (internet) Worlds, like this forum... sorry I honestly did not see this post during that. I honestly lock Myself away for a time, apart from oozing out every now-and-then towards shops to buy Food, and My entire focus is upon Pokemon: 'How to beat that one? How to make that one My Friend? What if that does this to that and this to them and that to there and those things happen when where what why and how...'

...Pokemon is a roleplaying Game, and a 2-decades old favourite, and so, yes, it *is that complex*... but I like it!

...I accidentally answered Your first query. With regards to "Pokemon Exhibitions", if You are speaking about those which appear in London, then, these often appear prior to a new Game (Detective Pikachu, Sword/Shield). I never go to these, sorry, because of the crowds, they are oriented towards Children, and only last about one week or so.

...Unless You speak of some other exhibitions...? All I ever hear about is Promotions as I said. Keeping in mind that this is an Autism Forum and I am Autistic, I really avoid this sort of thing (especially hoards of Children). But, Yes, totally, Thank You for the reply.  (!)

  • Of course! I do like to help others where I can but I will also ensure to look after myself :-)

  • ...Greets, or just now I might say: Hey, You, Miss Fantastic Fox...

Do not worry so much about it, I really mean that. Given certain other Threads I have just spoken to Your Good Self upon... do not worry about that at all. --- When "feeling nothing", do not stress about others too much or worry, so just step off from here if You feel like it, please, please look after Yourself first...! Thanks.

  • I've just searched 'Pokemon exhibitions' in facebook search and it came up with 'Pokemon Saturdays' at 'Ahh Geek Out' in Luton. I have absolutely no idea what this event is like though! Possibly a quick google search could find some smaller exhibitions/ events that aren't crowded/full of children.

  • Greetings back at You, Ma'am. Um... (*embarrassed*) I am glad that I could 'make You Smile', as You put it... but...

    Autistic female facebook groups

...Gyaaak! *cough* wh-what...? Yes, I am a Female, but I hardly ever use My own Facebook account... I might be interested in such a link, though, Thanks... about Pokemon *only*, though. Facebook is too hostile for Me, though. I am well, and am glad that You may also be so. Though, am I using the word "though" a bit much now... I shall end this post now (!)...

  • Hello again and 'thank you' DC, you made me smile and I needed something to make me smile today :-)

I'm glad that you got to play and finish the Pokemon game, I hope you enjoyed it?

The Pokemon Exhibition that I saw being talked about was on one of the many Autistic female facebook groups that I belong to so I would like to think that it would have been reasonably Autism friendly, but I can't now remember which one I saw it in now and it was a while ago so I'm not sure that trawling through my facebook news thread to try to find it would prove all that fruitful.

I hope that you are keeping well?
