What’s everyone doing this weekend?

I am in a caravan (week on holiday) currently watching match of the day (not my choice) with my 2 year old who won’t go to sleep! Earlier I went to Wroxham barns with my 5 year old and bought souvenirs in the gift shops, went in the animal farm part and had afternoon tea with my 5 year old. I just wondered what everyone else is doing this weekend?

saturday wash out. sunday stressed with wife coming down off medication so not a lot also. oh yeh looked after kids. monday i am looking forward to yoga for an hour at local gym never done it before but also quite nervous about it. gaz p.s hope you all had lovely weekends

Aw I'm really sorry to hear that Saturday was a wash out! What medication is your wife coming off of? How did the yoga go?

struggled with yoga i nstructions and was really stiff. shes coming off anti depressant called duloxitine. having a mental breakdown just taken herself to a and e. it doesnt help living with my stuff also. gaz

Luckily I have not had to take anything since then, I was actually given that medication as explained to me by a doctor that I was lacking a chemical in my brain ha, no turns out that I just have autism

I’ve had the brain fizzes coming off of citalopram, I think most of the SSRIs cause that, unfortunately!

Wow I was on duloxitine when coming off that stuff I had what I can only discribe as vibrations shuddering across my brain every other moment I thought I was going to die ha.

Horrible stuff, made me feel good when I was on it for a year then it just lost its strength. And I found it addictive also so nipped it then and there.

she had to do a runner from security from hospital as social services were involved. they wanted to put our 2 kids into foster care. she got home safely after avoiding the security who were goin to section her. this was all happening at 2am last nite.shes recovering at home now. thankyou for message. gaz
