  • I am having a similarproblem with my 5 year old, he is used to falling asleep at 7.30 and wake around 5-6am for school, now he is really struggling to go to sleep and some nights he won't sleep at all (we recently had a 48 hour no sleep days :(  ) luckily I was able to avoid him waking his 6 siblings. He is at this present moment going round the house to see his elder brothers.

Her is also running to every wall of every room constantly banging into the walls, just seems he has a extra spurge of energy. .  He dont like bed tents and with him climbing all over the place isnt ideal at all. He not at all keen on books and dont like having stories read to him!

    any ideas, would be grateful
