One of my own hackneyed expressions. Although note, it is hugely unoriginal and probably further evidence of my parrot tendencies.

"Such is life!"

"Mustn't grumble" is horribly stereotyped, but also quite pleasantly pythonesque.

"Luckily, my Mars Bar was completely undamaged". Used to express bemusement in awkward situations, with a hammed-up Palin accent. (And still no one really noticed the windmills of my mind. Arghh!)
