Every day at work heated in a microwave:
Frozen Corn, Edamame beans/Broad Beans
Fresh Broccoli, Carrot, Sweet potato. (Geez I love fresh Broc- why I hated it as a kid I don't know)
Something crunchy: Croquette, breadcrumbed proteiny food
Chicken soup as a sauce
Grated cheese on top
I feel blessed I'm happy to eat the same thing every day
usually
1 banana
1 satsuma
1 or 2 apples
a container of mixed nuts, dried fruit, seeds, dates, apricots and cranberries
1 bar of dark chocolate
I munch my way through that lot while at my desk working :)
I feel blessed I get to eat every day such nutritious food. :)
Excellent. I should do more fruit like you are. I eat a little container of mixed nuts and dry fruit and eat dark choccy too as i've given up most processed sugars and processed foods. I used to eat 85% dark but it gave me tummy ache but 75% seems ok
I cycle everyday so I burn it all off
