Every day at work heated in a microwave:
Frozen Corn, Edamame beans/Broad Beans
Fresh Broccoli, Carrot, Sweet potato. (Geez I love fresh Broc- why I hated it as a kid I don't know)
Something crunchy: Croquette, breadcrumbed proteiny food
Chicken soup as a sauce
Grated cheese on top
I feel blessed I'm happy to eat the same thing every day
Despite eating a fairly varied diet and reasonably healthy evening meals, my lunches have been a variation on sandwich, bag of crisps, chocolate bar. Sandwich can be substituted for burgers or Cornish pasties, or the whole thing swapped for a cheeky McDonalds or KFC, but that's about it. Sometimes I add on skittles, Red Bull or cola bottles if I feel I need it.
