Every day at work heated in a microwave:
Frozen Corn, Edamame beans/Broad Beans
Fresh Broccoli, Carrot, Sweet potato. (Geez I love fresh Broc- why I hated it as a kid I don't know)
Something crunchy: Croquette, breadcrumbed proteiny food
Chicken soup as a sauce
Grated cheese on top
I feel blessed I'm happy to eat the same thing every day
Hi, I don’t usually use a lunch box as when I work a shift lunch is usually provided. Although if I work a night shift I usually take a pot noodle or a packet of flavoured cous cous and a pot of porridge that just require boiling water to be added and some fruit to keep it reasonably healthy!

These are the best pot noodles, hands down.
I'm a big fan of instant noodles, tried most types. These just do it for me.
