5 year old boy with autism put on sex offender's register for hugging a classmate

I'm sure having autism would make one's life difficult enough without being on the sex offender register for something he wouldn't even have understood.

I personally think feminism has gone too far- dishing out "sex offender" labels to 5 year old boys just isn't appropriate and won't help anyone.

  • First of all, it's really disturbing that they're labelling a five-year-old as a sex offender when they have no comprehension of what they're doing.

However, I definitely wouldn't blame this on feminism. Feminism is about equality, not about alienating boys and men (those who try to do that are not true feminists).

I just hope this little boy gets the help he needs and has this awful 'sex offender' label removed.
