  • Gary Mckinnon was partly not extradited because he has a co-existing condition called OCD. Obsessional Compulsive Disorder Teresa May might regret not extraditing Garry as now other criminals are asking not to be extradited.

    When Gary was hacking into the Pentagon he might not have been fully aware that what he was doing was illegal or morrally wrong as he was so absorbed in it.
