I'm a big fan of the original Back to The Future film. I think it's perfect in every way (for its time) and it leads you gently through the story, dropping all the information you need so it's simple to follow.
I've watched it many, many times and I've seen the 3rd one a few times as well although I'm not a fan.
I've NEVER seen the second film. I can't do it. I cannot engage with it - something puts me off no more than 20 minutes in. I can't even be bothered to read the Wiki-spoiler to see how it ends.
I just don't care for it.
So what classic films have you NEVER managed to make it to the end?
Films that really irritate me are the ones that are just logically not possible. For example one guy on his own with a gun trying to wipe say a small army of 200 guys and manages to dodge thousands of bullets in the process.
The movie I could never watch to the end is TAKEN possibly the most annoying film I have ever started to watch.
Other things that annoy me in films is when you don't see people eat and I always think it's not true to real life as the body needs food to fuel it, and let's not forget water.
Speaking of things in films that aren't realistic - sex. It's never portrayed in it's embarrassing, clumsy, unintentionally funny, sticky, awkward reality...
Sex has no sound in movies. No slapping, squelching, or air sounds. Like it's in a vacuum. Sorry to be graphic, but ffs!
