I've been looking at a few autism/aspergers mugs, and found them very funny and adorable! I'm thinking of maybe designing some of my own mugs. I was wondering if anyone else might be interested in making a light-hearted mug or t-shirt?
These are my favourites so far: https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/18945775/im-autistic_mugs?productId=52006516https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/31576714/autism-moment_mugs?productId=335571970https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/44783346/aspergers-traits-3-copy-travel_mugs?productId=369494476https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/19782465/think-your-are-weird-too_mugs?productId=1272604948https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/71242498/look-past-my-autism_mugs?productId=697605683https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/109142000/aspie-adult-autism_mugs?productId=11366510https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/109084069/i-have-autism_mugs?productId=8932316https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/104185175/autism-superpower_mugs?productId=1765213306https://www.cafepress.co.uk/mf/31950645/ask-me-about-autism_mugs?productId=340587150
Do you have any quotes you like? Or any ideas of what you would put on your mug?
I read a reply to the comment "But you look so normal" (on telling someone you have or might have Asperger's), which is "Thanks, so do you."
I would like to put on a mug "you don't have to have autism to work here, but it helps." First I need a place to work where that is true, though. (I dare to dream....)

I saw a mug that said something like "I do not look autistic, and you do not look ignorant, but here we are"

This is nice! I bet there are many jobs where autism is an advantage.
I'm sure the ophthalmic surgeon my dad saw was, either way he was really good which was great because his previous one was a moron!
Hope all goes well for your mum
Funny you should say that. My mum had to go to the eye hospital she's going blind and has basically been lost in the system.. Cut a long story short she met an ophthalmic surgeon today and was really impressed with his knowledge and passion for his speciality, shes seen a lot of specialists in this field but was most impressed by this bloke, turns out he's an aspie!!
