Does anyone get spam or need to block people sometimes?
I get both its so annoying- there's these Spam organisations set up in England that just keep on phoning people
I dont know how to block them its not as easy as blocking someone on facebook.
Has anyone got any hacks to stop this spamming?
Pick up the phone, say "Wait a minute", and walk off leaving them on the end of the phone indefinitely.
Doesn't stop spam, but it's funny at least.....
In addition to this you could start singing Spring by v Vivaldi, breaking off to say 'Your call is a nuisance to me, you will be dealt with never'. They will soon ring off!
Also, by forcing them to hang up, you stop them earning money. They only get paid if you cut the call - if they cut the line, they get paid nothing. Also, if you leave the phone on, you take up their time (that they'd be using to spam call someone else). :)
Or just prank them until they hang up haha :D
There is a quite nice Hokkien phrase that is widely understood by Phillipino call centres.
