GPS Trackers for kids

I'm going to be going on a few trips/holidays with my children and my two sons suffer from autism. Is there anywhere I could buy a gps tracker(s) to fit to my sons incase I lose sight of them so I can locate them immediatly? Or anything else similar to a gps tracker?

    I saw a tweet about this service yesterday and thought it might help.

    Im not sure how I feel abour using a gps tracker with my son but I guess it's better than the stress my husband and I are currently experiencing. I've looked up the device and it looks good and I'd be able to see my son from my phone which I like.
