I like cats. Don't share my home with one anymore but I always enjoy their proximity. Below I will post some studies by Gwen John (brilliant artist) of her own cat. I hope that other catlovers will join in with photos or paintings that they enjoy.
Here are my two looking at a squirrel. Alexi in the front who is a rescue cat and pretty neurodivergent herself, I'd say. Robbie is only 2 but weighs twice as much as Alexi and likely has some Maine Coon in him. He is a big bully to other cats, very nervous when visitors call (can relate) and the softest most cuddly cat we've ever owned. Yes, I think he's a bit mixed up himself. We're just one happy family of odd-balls!
I like cats, but I have two Cockatiels that like to roam about the house, they would merely be a morsel to a fluffy puss cat.
This poster approves :) See my avatar for a photo of my gf's cat.
hmm. I like animals. Always assumed that i should not own one though. I'm already looking after one big hairy animal. i.e myself.
I love cats, here is a picture of mine.
Tim Vine (on Room 101) was saying that he hates the way cats give you that defiant 'look' before running away from you and out of your garden. I love that look. I know the cat is trying to be rude but it's so funny and adorable.
I like cats too. I really like their nature. I have one. A stray. He's got issues but I know he appreciates having a home.
The cat looks lovely.
I like cats too.

Daisy is a star!
SciFiGreg. Your random cat pics are delightful but when I follow the link for Alf and Louie I just get "requested url not found on this server". :(
Did we lose Elephantinthe Room's picture of her cat being enigmatic?
Mine does the last two, but she also will try to eat flowers when she wants food, that has to be in a specific place that you can't predict in advance...

Oh yes, I always do that too; I can't resist stopping for a cat-chat any time I see one. One of my friends and I often give each other directions by cat; "You know that street where the big, ginger moggie lives with the really loud purr?", "Oh, yes, I know him, he's lovely.", "It's a bit further along than that, but not as far as the really fluffy Persian that lives on the corner.", "Oh, just down from the two slightly nervous Siamese?", "That's the place, yes!", ...
I'm sure the feeling is mutual. I've quite often visited someone with a cat for the first time and ended up with the cat purring away on my lap, only to be told "that's unusual, he/she doesn't usually like people!". It gets a bit embarrassing sometimes when I get on with other people's cats better than their nominal pet human does!
Cats are one of my obsessions. If I ever see one in the street I'll always try to make friends. For some reason cats make me very happy.I also have two cats [and two dogs] of my own. Here's a bunch of random pics and videos from my random encounters in the street.

Daisy won't use her 'nest' on her tower. I put all her toys in there!
