'Asperger United' and penpals

  • Good Evening. This reply might not be helpful, yet it is written in attempt to be helpful, and through some experience....

To reply to a PenPal Advert in AU, you need not give a real address straightaway, and can give your EMail address... yet whether the recipient responds to this is supposed to be up to them. The thing is, AU was, and still is, supported in Paper Format, by those who *need* the Paper Format, and who might have trouble with "The Internet"...
I write this because I am such a person: I can Post here, and read replies (sometimes)... but I cannot EMail or "Friend" or "Private Message"!
(I think that this is a difficult concept for people to imagine, within the past twenty-odd years - "having no EMail", that is.)
Good Fortune to you and to all, in any case.
