itchy itchy so very itchy

oh my god i get so itchy on my legs and the tops of my feet that i rip the skin off and start to bleed the heat doesn't help at all also i have really bad thrush i know no one likes to talk about that itchy itchy so very itchy.

    yes it's caused by anxiety and other things it can happen lot more when i get tired or something is worrying me or both or so when it is hot i just can't stop it and it is making me bleed.
