Any success with homeopathy?

Just wondering if anyone has had any success with homeopathic remedies for autism? I am thinking about booking an appointment with a homeopath but thought I'd ask first before spending lots of money!! Thanks

Okay, I think I will close this discussion. I'll look around for some impartial views on homeopathy to share but in the meantime I think this is likely to attract professionals promoting services.
