HI, I found a free PDF book by Dr Megan Anna Neff PsyD, AuDHD clinical psychologist at her website really helpful, when I am totally overwhelmed by these thoughts.

It sucks, but some days at least I know its part of my autism and not a personal failing. But even then its very tough to overcome, I know.
