I already have ways of looking after my mental health and wellbeing but wondered if there was anything people do that I haven't thought I of
- I have a sleep schedule which proves to help me relax before bedtime
- I also have some techniques when I'm anxious etc which seem to help
- I have a list of activities I enjoy which I focus on
I was wondering if there's anything else which people do, which would help my mental health and wellbeing
