General health and wellbeing

I already have ways of looking after my mental health and wellbeing but wondered if there was anything people do that I haven't thought I of

  1. I have a sleep schedule which proves to help me relax before bedtime
  2. I also have some techniques when I'm anxious etc which seem to help
  3. I have a list of activities I enjoy which I focus on

I was wondering if there's anything else which people do, which would help my mental health and wellbeing

  • There's limited veg I'll eat and won't eat any fruit
. I've only tried raw carrot and didn't like it - even tried some salad things and don't like them!

I am similar with food and it's common for us autists.

The foods I will eat are very limited but much more so in childhood.

My mother spoke to the family doctor about it and this was many decades ago long before someone like me might have been diagnosed.

I now have digestive and motility problems that have made it worse.

There is a guide here although it's irritatingly written as though you are looking after an autistic person rather than yourself.
