cronic pain and Audhd

Hi everyone,

I’m living with chronic pain and was recently diagnosed with AudHD. Lately it’s been hard to stay active and keep my mood up, and I’m hoping to connect with others who understand what it’s like to live with AudHD and chronic pain.

I’d really appreciate any advice, tips, or even just the chance to chat with people who get it. I’m happy to listen or join discussions at my own pace — I don’t need to talk a lot.

Thank you for any support or guidance you can offer!

  • Hi there

I have fibromyalgia and autism. I was late diagnosed with both, Im 68 now. For the pain I find a combination of paracetamol + caffeine with my prescribed tramadol particularly helpful. Acupuncture definitely helps me both for localised and systemic pain but I don’t have a practicioner atm as my needs are a bit too specific. Moderate exercise in the form of walking helps, especially on sunny days. Keeping my diet as healthy as possible is a contributor to lessening pain Im certain.

good luck to you Four leaf clover
