Burnout, audhd and bpd

    For burnout, the best I can recommend is be kind to yourself. Give yourself some time (and it could be a long time) to recover. Don’t be afraid to tell people “no.” If you have kids (I’m guessing so from your name), remember that to a certain extent you need to take care of yourself first in order to give them the best care you can give.

    For ADHD and BP, I’d highly recommend that if you haven’t already, talk to your GP about whether medication is a good idea for you. I can’t say what’s worked for me (I have ADHD), but I can say that medications can help some people with those conditions.

    Hopefully that’s a good start at least lol
