Burnout recovery advice

Any top tips for burnout recovery? My 13 year old daughter is struggling

  • Give yourself time to rest and recover. Don’t try to do anything too big too soon or you will set yourself back. Rest is my number one top tip, rest whenever you can for as long as you can. When I was burnt out due to exam pressure and stress I could hardly function and pushed myself to get better and that was the wrong thing to do. Even reading a chapter of a book was too much for me at that time.

Resting and sleeping were the best things for me and doing things little and often. It can be a long road to recovery but you’ll get there. Fell better soon xx.
