Help!

Hey all its the night before my asd assessment.. 

Its all i keep thinking of i dont know how im guna sleep tonight, im so scared of walking in there an messing it up an not being able to say or answer stuff, are they guna think awful of me, I other think everything so bad i think im screwed Pensive

    Don't try to guess what they want to hear. Don't try to impress them, make them like you, feel embarrassed or worried. Don't try to be normal, or to be different.

    Just be you, be honest. They will have heard similar before. They won't judge or say anything nasty. They are there to listen. This is your chance to say what you really want to say. Just have the courage to say what you think. They want to see the real you.

    You'll be fine. You might feel tired and a bit strange afterwards, but it will help.

    You'll be proud of yourself. You'll only be annoyed if you hold back.

    As I said elsewhere, you don't know what they see and you can't judge the result.
