Interesting,  before reading your post. I thought a dark empath was someone who could emphasise with someone who had dark thoughts or had committed serious violence.

Sounds like an evil character from lord of the rings or something like that.

[Although to be fair minded - I am pretty sure that I am hard work for most people too!!]

Perhaps I should isolate myself more.

You are reminding me why I live a fairly isolated life these days.

From what I read it's more related to narcarcism than psychopaths, but I think the results are the same, if you think you've found one run away!

I don't know about labels and I hadn't heard that one.

What you said however made me think of psychopaths.

I've met a few of those, especially in the workplace.
