Day-to-day & Socialising "20's"

Hello everyone,

How do you all manage your everyday chores or living? I'm quite prone to putting off basic tasks such as dishes, washing, cleaning or even self maintenance. I'm by no means a lazy person and I'm always really busy. I just struggle with motivation, I wouldnt say I'm depressed but just unmotivated.

The only time I actually feel happy is when I'm at work, and thats only because my brain is distracted. As soon as I have free time I just struggle to actually do anything.

How do I manage the everyday? Can I make it easier for myself? How do you manage?

Also any advice on getting new friends and or hobbies would be great! I'm early 20's so it's quite a struggle.

  • I am quite self-destructive. I don't manage things well... I'd like to get free adderal, but the system is broken here in the UK

  • I don't do well with drugs or feeling different. Meds always seem to make me depressed? I always do things good for me but it just takes me a very long time for me to finish things or get them started if that makes sense?

    Meditation helps me calm down and focus to a point, maybe give that a go?
