really sorry to hear you are having a tough time. Do you have any activities that can help you break the cycle? maybe even going for a walk?
I live on a farm and have been restoring bits of it but my exhaustion makes it harder sometimes. I do colouring as well, that always brightens me up.
colouring .. nice. what are your preferred subjects? animals, landscapes or maybe something more abstract?I kinda like the idea of living on a farm, that must be nice to have space around you?
It's a different way of life. I can't imagine not living here.

I grew up in a farm, and wish I kept on the family role.
I'm currently looking after a kitten I got a week and a half ago. She thinks my hand and phone are mice.
Maybe with practice, the art will come along.
