This evening, I left myself with too much time to kill; before the planned barbecue. I ate both at Bob and Bert's and Herron's Fried Chicken. Then I wanted to park my car beside the barbecue location. However, I cut off traffic BOTH SIDES turning right; I, honestly, felt suicidal then.
After being told to move, I went back home; forsaking the barbecue. Then I called Lifeline. And I messaged a friend, then we had a half hour chat afterwards. She suggested that I may have dyspraxia.
Now, after the darkness, I see light. I listened to Mr Blue Sky; the most life-affirming song EVER.
Stress, during the day, wore me out.
I'm glad you made it through the darkness and into the light again. Mr Blue Sky is such a great feel good song. Sending you vibes
Great!
Yes, thanks.
Fifteen hours of, much-needed, sleep last night.
God bless you, Desmond79. Thank you for sharing this experience and hope today has been better.
For sure. It was being up too early, yesterday morning, and that affected my mood; too.
Glad to hear you managed to find some support to get you through the dark point. Hope you're feeling more recovered now.
