I’m really sorry. Do you have any family or friends you can talk to? you are not completely alone - we are all human, all sharing the same planet, all connected on some level. We are hearing you here so that proves you’re not completely alone.
Can you not find yourself some sort of hobby Steve, that will get you out of the House ? It's harder i think as we get older to meet and make new friends. Talking on the internet, just isn't the same. You mentioned the Samaritans, do you think you could become a volunteer somewhere like that. Some years ago i did voluntary work for Victim Support, i think lots of places are crying out for helpers, even if it were just a few hours in your local Oxfam shop.

That’s a good idea. I think me and my son are going to look into volunteering at some point. Not until the pandemic eases a bit though - we are still finding it stressful to be in crowded environments.
