Dude I feel so trapped it’s unbelievable.. I have nobody but a partner who makes me wish I was dead. I’ve just broken my hand wrist punching a wall because my 6yr old daughter told me she hates me. 
im not a violent guy, but I love a good wall punch, it’s soothing.. I’m not well.   Singing ‘everybody hates me ste’

  • Life is difficult, and everyone struggles. For those like us, things can escalate quickly, and we don’t know we’re in trouble until we’re knee deep in turmoil.

    Please speak to your GP for advice. They should be able to point you in the direction of support services, including CBT which ‘might’ help you view your problems differently, so you can process them ‘easier’. It’s not helpful for everything, but it can be a useful tool.

    Lastly, please know that your daughter didn’t mean what she said. They blurt out things all the time in frustration or anger. Please don’t take it seriously. You and her mother are her world at this age.
