Dude I feel so trapped it’s unbelievable.. I have nobody but a partner who makes me wish I was dead. I’ve just broken my hand wrist punching a wall because my 6yr old daughter told me she hates me. 
im not a violent guy, but I love a good wall punch, it’s soothing.. I’m not well.   Singing ‘everybody hates me ste’

  • seems like a bad situation your are in, i punch walls too as a relief from being overhwelmed with negative emotions but i got told this is self harm and a negative way of dealing with my emotions, its so hard to emotional regulate in the correct way when we cant do it naturally, i started making journal and trying to name all the emotions i think i feel, do you just not get along with your partner and how come your daughter tells you she hates you?
