This isn't the norm for me, and really isn't part of my routine, but maybe being able to communicate with people that can understand me, may help as I get so frustrated and angry cause there isn't anyone that does.
I got diagnosed at 30 myself; problem is finding a social group in my area as the one in my borough has an upper age limit of 25.
