This isn't the norm for me, and really isn't part of my routine, but maybe being able to communicate with people that can understand me, may help as I get so frustrated and angry cause there isn't anyone that does.
Since your diagnosis, what kind of support are you getting? I went to see my GP, and his response was the NHS is busy and under staffed my dear ! and sent me away, with the advise of contacting the team who diagnosed my Aspergers.
