Hi, Just joined to see if this helps and to get advice from others who experience similar struggles. My name is Ryan. [removed by mod rule 2] . I’m struggling a lot at the moment. I was diagnosed in 2015 after years of difficulties dating back to my early teens at school. Over the past 10 years, I’ve hardly left my home. I struggle a lot around people and experience mutism, though I’m able to speak once I feel safe. I'm struggling a lot feeling isolated, I have no friends and have hardly spoken to anyone in years.

    I felt this to be a very negative comment that played on my mind. I never used my location in Manchester, my last name, or my gender, so I feel this is a very unwelcome comment, so do not feel welcome here, so won't be using this online forum after this. Its the fact you had nothing else to post but attack me and accuse my post of including detail. How many Ryan's live in Manchester aged 41 do you think there are, it's possibly 1000s?
