To quote someone's message, first select/highlight the relevant text, and then use the Quote button that appears
To "mention" someone, type @ followed by the start of the forum name, and choose from the list; that person will get a notification of being mentioned

Hi I’m Cazzy and new to the community. Frustrated by my experience of assessments at the moment so unfortunately that’s all I can say for now.

hopefully to get some support as completely isolated as non verbal.

Hi and welcome to the community.

Unfortunately, the support available here seems to be the most that the majority of people can access. I'm not diagnosed but have been a member since 2017 and have found it very useful. I hope you do too.

Thank you Lotus, I’m deep into the autoresponse of Buck passing, signposted system that is the way of the world these days. So I get it.
