Am i ok to use this forum

I'm in my 60's too and was diagnosed at the age of 50.

Welcome and enjoy yourself here, don't worry about asking what might seem to be stupid questions, we've all got them and we've all asked them and mostly been reassured that we're autistcially normal, whatever that is, lol.

Welcome to the forum Quiltingspace  As others have said, you don’t need a diagnosis to be here, although if you would like one, your doctor should check you meet the criteria through preliminary testing and refer you for assessment. There are free tests online that can indicate if assessment for ASD would be worth pursuing.

No matter what, you can be part of this community.

No, you do not need an official diagnosis to use this space. In fact, there are others on here that are self-diagnosed without an official letter.
