hi there im new and slightly confused as i know nothing about autism sadly
my little girl whos 8 is about to start assessment from hospital doctor ,we already filled in 64 questionaire form in ,and they said they need start ball rolling to find out if she is or not ,as im deaf my hubby takes her to appointments etc she been seeing speech therpist for 4 yrs now and was them who picked up on it
embrassinly i broke down when hubby told me as i didnt want her to have a "label" as i know other kids can be cruel and ive been there sadly ,as thought come on here for advice and to learn
