I have ASD/ADHD as well. I’m sorry to hear that you are experiencing autistic burnout, that doesn’t make for a good time. Good news is you’re not alone. There’s others on here that are either experiencing that or have recently experienced that. I can’t tell if I have, since I have severe depression and I can’t tell the difference between the two. But yeah, hopefully you can find some resources on here that can help with what you are going through.
