Hi,

I am divorced from a high functioning autistic federal executive here in the united states. As a divorced woman - he has violated my rights and stalked me non-stop now, for the 8 years after I left him by lording over our autistic daughter's phone usage and keeping tabs on all I do.

He just retired from federal government, how do I get this _______ to leave me alone?

Legal divorce. I have been primary caregiver to our autistic daughter.

What legal rights do I have? He is a tech worker and has exploited all my technology through our daughter's accounts.

  • Oof wow that sounds pretty nasty. As O&U stated, we can’t give legal advice, but it might be a good idea to talk with a lawyer. The only thing I can think of is the possibility of a restraining order if you haven’t already gotten one.
