Is it not something the police would be interested in?

If it is illegal then the police should have a view, if it is not then can a lawyer do much either?

Oof wow that sounds pretty nasty. As O&U stated, we can’t give legal advice, but it might be a good idea to talk with a lawyer. The only thing I can think of is the possibility of a restraining order if you haven’t already gotten one.

Being Autistic does not excuse stalking and other bad behavior.

Sounds like a Nasty Piece of Work. No wonder he works in the US Government.
