So I’ve been trying to do this stupid bookkeeping course and the tutors are useless. They’re making reasonable adjustments I suppose but they know I have ADHD etc and just ignore my requests for additional support/help; it’s disgusting. It’s just dragging on because I don’t know how to operate the software etc.
Tonight I’ve gone in and attempted to log in and there’s this authentication code it’s telling me I need, but there’s no way to obtain it. And the tutor is then telling me I have to either do some of the work again from scratch or go home and phone bloody Sage to sort it out. I despair!
