Hi I read somewhere that a meeting for parents with autistic children is held in Hyde on every 2nd Calendar Monday. I can’t find any information now though. Does anyone know if these meetings are still being held ?

I am going to work on the assumption that you mean Hyde, Greater Manchester. It's not my neck of the woods, but I had a grandmother who lived near there.
Despite having a wee search online, I was unsuccessful in finding any info about such a meeting in Hyde.
You may already be familiar with the following, but if not, then maybe it might be of some use to you.
There is TASCA (Tameside Action for Social Communication and Autism), which is a parent-run support group for Autistic children and their families within the Tameside and Glossop area.
