Hello, I just joined here. I'm 56 yrs old and recently diagnosed whith asperger's syndrome. I'd like to make some friends on here. I live in Cornwall UK.Smile

  • You're right about that Darren. At first I didn't really feel much at all. I was just relieved to have the diagnosis so that I could have answers for all those things that made me feel so different but it's been a couple of weeks now and I'm just starting to realize what it means. I think it's other people's reactions when I tell them I have Asperger's that freaks me out a bit. They don't all react as you'd hope.

    We're approx one hour away from Polperro. I've not been there actually but know that it's a nice place.  I have two daughters but both are grown up ( 24 and 27 yrs old ).
