Hi! I’m Noob King.
I was diagnosed with autism some ten-ish years ago. Since my diagnosis there’s been a lot of self discovery, it’s been a wild ride by I feel wiser and more comfortable than I used to, before my diagnosis. I still live at home with my parents, I’m quite disabled but I do work, in charity raising awareness and money. Doctor Who is my most favourite thing and special interest. I’m also in to gaming, reading, music and writing. I do struggle mentally, since losing my sister in an accident, but I’m hoping that I am slowly but surely getting there with that now. What I like most about being autistic is how I'm so engrossed in the things I enjoy and that I'm always getting surprised by new exciting things the condition exposes me to. It's an exciting journey.
Indeed. #shardovan
I think this is what I had meant. (Look at me doing something new!)
Shardovan
It will only work if he receives notifications.
Hey NoobKing
Welcome to the forum ^^
I love this place, lots of lovely people and it's a fun environment as well. I just took a short break but the community manager has yelled tempted me back again lol.
I love Doctor Who! Who's your fav Doctor?
Do you have a favourite episode?
Debbie - Can you summon Shardovan to this place by doing that special hashtag mularky thingymajig (look at me not being able to do tech)?
He is the biggest Whovian I know (look at me learning new vocab.) I think Noobking would love to meet him.
Hi NoobKing, your name really made me chuckle - noob is very satisfying to say. Noobnoobnoob.
I'm really sorry to hear about the loss of your sister, that is just awful. But it sounds like you're doing amazing work with your charity! Well done you for putting your time and energy into something so worthwhile.
I don't know Doctor Who I'm afraid, so I can't enjoy such passions, but I did just listen to a podcast by No Such Thing as a Fish called 'there's no such thing as a short Darlek' which I found really funny. I think the lady they have as a guest is some sort of Dr Who specialist or works on the show? I don't quite remember.
I don't know if I'm allowed to share links here, but I'll try: audioboom.com/.../8334356-no-such-thing-as-a-short-dalek
Welcome
Hi!
It’s nice to have you here, welcome to our little community. I’m so sorry to hear about your sister. We’re all here to help and support each other so don’t be shy :)
Hello Number, it's good to meet you here, thank you for the welcome. I will be heading out for some charity work soon and will be back online again this afternoon....hopefully then I will find some fellow Whovians.
I'm hoping to find some kindred spirits as well as that's lacking in my life.
Best wishes,
NoobKing.
Hello Noobking, I am Number.
You may be pleased to hear that Doctor Who is a VERY, VERY common topic of conversations in this place. There are quite a few very hardcore Dr Who fans. A lot of people will be at work at the moment, so you may not get many responses for a while.....but they will come.
Welcome to this place.
Number.
