hello im currently waiting for an autism assessment after being told by crisis team and cmht im highly likely ive been struggling with socialising and meeting people and having suicide thoughts i also really struggle with change a few weeks ago there was changed traffic lights in my area and i had a meltdown and couldnt get the bus i get just feeling really isolated and alone and struggling to cope hoping to meet some nice people thanks josh
