I’ve recently been advised to try grounding techniques to help with anxiety, panic attacks and ptsd. Does anyone have any really good grounding techniques that work really well for them? And if so could you share them on here? thanks
Hi, I am a coach and work with people with ADHD and this is one of the grounding techniques I use.
