Hello. I have an adult relative with Asperger's. He feels he might benefit from some Zoom counselling sessions but we have not been able to find out anything about these. Has anybody had any experience of Zoom sessions? The NHS will not provide contact details of specialist counsellors so we are stuck. I hope other people find it easier to navigate the system...Thanks.
You want the BACP website. That is the directory for qualified counsellors in the uk.
You can search by specialism. Autism informed counselling is essential if it is to do any good.
The good news is that due to the pandemic many are now offering nationwide via Zoom and often have dropped their charges because they now don't need to hire rooms or travel.
