Zoom Councelling Sessions

Hello. I have an adult relative with Asperger's.  He feels he might  benefit from some Zoom counselling sessions but we have not been able to find out anything about these.  Has anybody had any experience of Zoom sessions?  The NHS will not provide contact details of specialist counsellors so we are stuck.  I hope other people find it easier to navigate the system...Thanks.

    Hi, as a counsellor myself, I would recommend you look for a counsellor on a reputable site such as counselling directory, psychology today or Bacp.co.uk. Average price is around £45 per hour. Search for someone who mentions specialising in or having understanding of autism. I hope he finds the right support for him.
